    Welcome to GelaroGrace Studio! We believe in creating a safe, inspiring, and collaborative environment where creativity thrives, innovation grows, and everyone feels valued. This Workplace Policy outlines the guidelines that keep our studio a respectful, productive, and fun place to work.

    1. Introduction

    • This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and interns at GelaroGrace Studio.
    • Our commitment: a workplace that is respectful, inclusive, safe, and creative.

    2. Code of Conduct

    • Respect and professionalism are expected in all interactions.
    • Dress code is flexible and creative – be yourself, stay comfortable.
    • No tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

    3. Work Hours & Attendance

    • Regular working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift) and 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift), Monday to Friday.
    • Please be punctual and maintain attendance.
    • Flexibility in schedules may be considered for creative needs or project demands.

    4. Leave Policy

    • Employees are entitled to casual and sick leaves per month.
    • Public holidays will be notified at the beginning of each year.
    • All leave requests should be submitted in advance to the HR team (except medical emergencies).

    5. Health, Safety & Security

    • Your safety is our priority – please follow studio safety protocols.
    • Report accidents or unsafe behavior immediately.
    • Wellness and work-life balance are encouraged at all times.

    6. Anti-Harassment & Equal Opportunity

    • Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
    • All team members are entitled to equal opportunities regardless of gender, religion, race, or background.
    • Any complaints will be handled confidentially and fairly.

    7. IT & Data Security

    • Use company systems responsibly – no piracy or unauthorized software.
    • Confidentiality of client and company data must always be maintained.
    • Avoid sharing sensitive data on personal devices or external drives.

    8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

    • Respect the confidentiality of all client and company information.
    • All creative work produced within the studio belongs to GelaroGrace Studio.
    • NDAs signed with the company must be strictly followed.

    9. Performance & Professional Development

    • Probation period will apply for new employees as per HR guidelines.
    • Performance reviews and appraisals are conducted periodically.
    • We encourage skill development and continuous learning – training opportunities will be provided.

    10. Disciplinary Policy

    • Violations of company policy may result in warnings or termination.
    • All employees have the right to appeal decisions fairly.

    11. Policy Review

    • This policy will be reviewed annually by HR.
    • Employees will be notified of any updates.
    • Acknowledgement of this policy is required by all employees.
